Who is Boolance built for?
Developers who run a business. Solo founders, SaaS teams, and software builders who want clearer books.
What can I use today?
The core Boolance app includes transaction management, supported Plaid bank connections, reconciliation, financial statements, and exports. Access is currently by invitation. A local read-only MCP bridge is available for your own API and session. The public API, SDK, hosted MCP service, email receipt processing, and Stripe integration are in development.
Do I need to give Boolance access to my inbox?
No. The planned workflow uses forwarding. Choose what to send, manually or with an email rule.
Can an AI agent change my books?
The local MCP bridge exposes seven read-only tools. It cannot change your books or move money. Setup requires your own running API and a valid session; there is no hosted MCP endpoint yet.
Does Boolance file my taxes?
No. Boolance organizes records and financial reports. Tax preparation tools are planned; tax filing and professional advice are not included.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is coming. Request early access; we’ll share plan details before you commit.
